REVEALED: Tipperary housing commencements down massively compared to quarterly average

The number of houses commenced in the first three months of the year falls well below the average over the last ten years
A total of three houses were commenced in Tipperary in March 2025.
This number matches the number commenced in February of this year, and brings the total number of houses commenced in 2025 to 7.
Over the last ten years, inclusive of 2025, the average number of houses commenced in Tipperary in the first three months of the year is 68.1.
This leaves 2025 far below the quarterly average, with over 60 more houses commenced in the county over the last ten years.
