Roads are in an absolute state across Tipperary with one in particular described as 'lethal'

Salted roads are hard to come by in Tipperary today and one to take care of in particular is the Golden to Cashel road which is described as just 'a sheet of ice'.
Take care is the warning posted by Golden Kilfeacle GAA club to drivers today as the conditions on many roads, and that stretch of road in particular, deteriorates.
Few secondary roads are passable as it stands with footpaths across many towns also described as 'treacherous' with ice as there is no one clearing the footpaths in many villages and towns.
Many locals are hoping that the Council will be able to address the problem as many are also struggling with frozen pipes and an absence of electricity.
