This Tipperary market is the perfect opportunity to shop local this Christmas

Our market on Saturday features a Christmas flavour with a slightly different format than other years.
We hope you will shop for Christmas be it food or Christmas Trees, door wreaths or table centre pieces.
Hospitality is also on offer, and we want you to sit and have a cuppa and a treat on us – our customers are important, and we value your support.
Marie Hartnett will be with us with her wonderful Christmas Decorations, Cabragh Wetlands Trust will be with us to sell their limited edition 2024 Calendar – a beautiful and inspiring gift, Linda Fradgley will be with us with her cards, framed pictures and knitted items for babies, plus teddies/dolls and hats/scarves.
Lime Lane Studios from Thurles will offer their timber crafts.
If you need a Christmas Tree or a sustainable Outdoor Decoration, TJ Donnelly will meet your needs – such as reindeers, elf houses or planters with seasonal flowers and decorations. Every purchase at the market entitles you to a free entry to a draw for some special prizes.
Santa will visit for a walk around between 11am and 12 noon so if you would like to say hi and let him know your expectations on December 25 he will be with us for an hour – or just to get a selfie with the big man!
Our younger customers can enter our colouring competition and we hope to offer some festive music for the occasion.
Our food produce can be used for Christmas Dinner and entertaining.
We hope to provide you with some customised recipes for a locally produced Christmas.
We will of course, trade right up to Christmas – orders can be placed for Mince Pies, Christmas Turkeys, Hams, Sprouts or Potatoes and more.
We appreciate the support of Tipperary County Council via the Christmas Retail Support Programme – shopping local has never been more important.
