Time for the Tipperary camogie team to seize the day!

Tipperary camogie is rising this year. Steady, bit by bit growth has led to successful clubs and county teams pushing for new horizons.
Today the junior team travel to Ashbourne in Meath hoping to beat a quality Roscommon and make the All-Ireland final. David Sullivan's team have already won the Munster title and now the push is on for their double when the action gets underway at noon.
The seniors are hoping for a double of their own as they take on Waterford in the All-Ireland senior semi final at Nowlan Park today at 3.30pm.
They already beat Waterford on their way to winning the provincial crown for the first time since 2010 and now the hope is that they can go one step further than any Tipperary team in this generation by reaching a national decider.
Denis Kelly, who hails from Toomevara, is an experienced hurling coach and he says it is in their hands now: "We can't wait for this. It is why we play the game and why we are hoping to bring our best game to the biggest stage. It was great to get a game there (in Nowlan Park) earlier this year but we have to go and win it."
Tipperary are led by joint captains Clodagh Quirke from Clonoulty and Karen Kennedy of Thurles Sarsfields. The town star is putting in top performances all year and has established herself as one of the top defenders in the country.
Today is the day for Tipperary, so get along to Nowlan Park for 3.30pm if at all possible. If you can't make it the game can be viewed live on RTE television.
