Tipperary Roads Policing Unit spotted a motorist not wearing a safety belt and an Automatic Number Plate Recognition alerted them to a cancelled insurance policy on the vehicle.
Gardaí added: "The motorist then provided false details and thanks to our new Mobility App we discovered the motorist to be disqualified from driving. The motorist was arrested and charged to court and the vehicle seized."
