Tipperary student becomes double All Ireland winner at recent Fleadh Cheoil

FULL CAPTION: Ursuline student Muireann Meade won two All Ireland titles at Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann in Mullingar in August. Muireann impressively came first in both the fast tunes and slows airs Uileann Pipes competition.

Well done to Fifth Year student Muireann Meade, who was crowned a double All Ireland winner on the Uileann Pipes at the Fleadh Cheoil in Mullingar.

Muireann won both the fast tunes and slows airs sections, which is quite an achievement in a competition where the standards are always extremely high.
