Tributes paid to Bob Condon for dedicated service to the Cahir Day Care Centre
Bob was Treasurer of the Day Centre for almost twenty years
We would like to take the time to acknowledge the dedicated service that Bob Condon gave to the Cahir Day Care Centre.
Bob was Treasurer of the Day Centre for almost twenty years, looking after all the financial duties, as well as being a tremendous support to the everyday running of the Centre.
He was constantly interested in ensuring all aspects of the Centre were running smoothly.
When Bob took up the position as Treasurer he brought years of experience to the role, facts and figures are one of Bob's many qualities, he had a good relationship with the HSE where he negotiated hard with them to get funding for the Centre each year.
His professionalism to the role of financial advocate was outstanding.
Bob visited the Centre almost every day during his time in his Committee position, always helped arrange and attended fundraisers and always chatted to service users and staff who enjoyed his banter.
Bob was always ready to attend to any problem that would arise.
We would like to wish Bob the very best in his retirement, and say a massive thank you for your valued contribution to Cahir Day Care Centre.
