Huge interest in the new Clonmel Rising music festival taking place in November

Crow Black Chicken member Stephen McGrath is behind a new musical initiative
Live music takes over The Coachman in Clonmel from November 13th–14th with Clonmel Rising, a new music event organised by Henstep Music, founded by local musician Stephen McGrath.
Friday features Moonchild (Rory Gallagher Tribute), the Peadar Bradshaw Band and Moss Foley. Saturday's show with Riders on the Storm, Blues Alive and Sun Merchant is already sold out.
The music continues in Bakers with a free Thin Lizzy tribute show from Dedication on Saturday night November 14th from 11:30pm.
“After an amazing year of live music in Clonmel we needed one more big event to finish the year out and Clonmel Rising is the perfect way to bookend the year before winter sets in,” said Stephen who is a member of the hugely successful Crow Black Chicken who have just completed a major tour of venues in England.

“It is going to sell out so get your tickets and lets try and make Clonmel the capital of live music in the south-east,” said Stephen McGrath.
Tickets for Friday are €15 plus booking fee at henstepmusic.com.
