KILDARE: Green light for 20 new homes in Prosperous area

Kildare County Council has granted planning permission for 10 new homes in Prosperous. 

The development at Curryhills will be comprised of:

• Three 3-bed, 2-storey terraced houses;
• Three 4-bed, 2.5 storey terraced houses;
• One 2-bed single storey elderly house unit;
• Three apartments consisting of 2 2-beds and one 1-bed accommodated in one 2-storey/single storey building.

Also in the plans are bin and bicycle stores.

The development will include a demolition of an existing 2-storey house.

The development also provides for vehicular access, landscaping and open spaces, car parking and public lighting.
