A man raped a woman in his bedroom, it was alleged at a Naas District Court sitting.
The man, aged in his 20s, came before Judge Desmond Zaidan.
Sgt Mary Meade outlined that messages were allegedly exchanged and she agreed to meet him at his home.
The court heard that consensual sex, including oral sex, followed.
Sgt Meade said the man then took a picture of her naked.
It was further alleged the then forced her legs apart and raped her after she twice said no. The man was granted bail subject to a number of conditions.
He is to have no contact with the injured party or witnesses and has to surrender his passport. He must be contactable at all times and notify the gardaí of any change of address. The matter was adjourned by Judge Desmond Zaidan for the preparation of a book of evidence.
