New route planned to popular public park in Kildare

Kildare County Council has been asked about a new route to a public park in Naas.

Kerdiffstown Park is also home to playing pitches and dressing rooms.

KCC has been asked by Cllr Carmel Kelly about progress on a proposed pedestrian and cycling link.

Some €45,000 was approved over a year ago to be spent on an assessment of how the link would function.

The route will connect Sallins and Naas to the facility.
