Plans for 75 affordable housing units in Nancy's Lane, Clane

There are plans in the works to construct 75 affordable housing units in the Nancy's Lane area of Clane.

That's according to Kildare County Council (KCC), who made the comments at the latest Clane-Maynooth Municipal District (MD) meeting, which was held on Friday, December 1 last.

Previously in 2022, KCC said that homes in the new development at Nancy's Lane were being allocated by the Housing Allocations Team (HAT) to approved applicants.

At the latest MD meeting, Labour Party councillor Angela Feeney asked KCC for an update update outlining what affordable housing schemes are planned for the MD.
