Plans granted for 'change of use' to Kildare apartments

Planning permission has been granted for the €100k 'change of use' to two apartments in Sallins, Co Kildare.

According to Construction Information Services (CIS), planning permission was granted by Kildare County Council on November 3 2026.

The planning permission relates to a 'change of use' from a retail convenience store and workshop premises to residential use.

One two-bedroom apartment and one one-bedroom apartment are planned for construction.

Both apartments are to have private internal gardens, together with on-site car parking, existing refuse facilities and associated site works.

The two apartments are to be located at: ground floor of Block 2, Railway House, The Waterways, Sallins, Co. Kildare.

An application for planning permission was made on August 26 2026.
