Plans lodged for new homes in Dunlavin on Kildare border
Planning application submitted to planners
Plans have been submitted for two new homes in Dunlavin.
A planning application for a site at The Green was submitted to Wicklow County Council by Independent Trustee Company Limited.
Being proposed is the subdivision and extension of an existing single storey dwelling house and site to provide two dwelling houses.
The houses will comprise a three-bed dwelling and a two-bed property.
The development works will include the renovation of the existing building such as external insulation, replacement of windows and renewal of the existing roof.
Also proposed is a part single, part two-storey stepped extension to the rear of the building.
Two pedestrian entrances are also planned at the rear of the dwellings.
