Resurfacing works due soon for Prosperous, Kildare County Council assures local rep

Road resurfacing works are due soon for Prosperous.
Kildare County Council (KCC) made the announcement in response to a question by a local councillor.
Speaking at the latest Clane-Maynooth Municipal District meeting, which was held on Friday, May 3 last, Social Democrats Cllr Aidan Farrely asked KCC to 'confirm a timeline for the installation of additional raised table ramps and resurfacing works in Prosperous.'
In response, KCC told Cllr Farrelly: "The R403 will be resurfaced during the summer months.
"The resurfacing will require a road closure and nighttime works due to the width of the road."
KCC added: "It is planned to install a raised table top at the junction of the R403 and the L7081 (near Circle K) as part of these works."
