'Woman headbutted and knocked unconscious in front of her children'
Allegation
A man's partner was headbutted by him and knocked unconscious in front of their children in a bedroom, it was alleged at Naas District Court.
The woman told a family law hearing that he has assaulted her in the house, he was removed, he secured bail and “returned the following day.”
“It’s ongoing. He is arrested, taken into custody and comes back to the house,” she told Judge Desmond Zaidan.
She also said he was on drink and drugs. The court was also told he is in custody in Cloverhill Prison.
Judge Desmond Zaidan granted a barring order which will last for two years. The man did not appear in court and was not represented.
