€11m set aside for Kildare road improvements

Just over €11m has been allocated for 59 road improvement projects in County Kildare this year.

This covers 50 kms of regional and local roads to be completed in 2025. 

Projects are currently at various phases of development including design, procurement and construction stages.

Work has been completed at various  locations in Rathangan, Newbridge, Kildare town, Cutbush, Monasterevin, Kilcullen and Athy.
