Homes in new development in Leixlip on show tomorrow

When Westfield was released in Leixlip a year ago, it became the first major new estate to launch in the town in a decade.
Westfield is so named because it's the most westerly development in Leixlip.
The scheme, which is being developed by Killross Properties, is located off Leixlip's Easton Road and will comprise 195 townhouses, semi-detached and detached properties when it's complete.
There are currently six homes available at Westfield.
Prices start at €415,000 for a three-bed semi-detached house from The Weir range and at €445,000 for a four-bed semi from the Castletown design.
The floored attics at both styles are already primed for a future upward conversion.
Externally, there is a full-brick façade to most of the houses at Westfield, though some designs have render detail to the front exterior.
There is a walled garden to the rear and a paved driveway with soft landscaping to the front.
The A3-rated houses are close to Junction 6 of the M4 motorway and to the Intel plant, the town's main employer.
