KILDARE: Green light for 33 homes, cycle lanes and linear park in Prosperous

Kildare County Council has granted planning permission for 33 new homes in Prosperous. 

The dwellings in consisting of three two-storey detached houses, 26 two-storey semi-detached houses.

Also in the plans is a one two-storey block containing four maisonette units.

The development also includes widening of part of the L7095 local road to provide cycle lanes on both sides. 

The designs include a new landscaped linear park.

The estimated construction value of the project is €7.8m, according to the Construction Information Services database. 

The size of the site is two hectares.
