LATEST: €3.7m business unit gets green light in Kildare town

Kildare County Council has issued planning permission for a new business facility in Kildare town. 

Belfast-based PGL Properties (NI) Limited has been given the green light for the commercial/retail unit Kildare Enterprise Centre, Melitta Road.

The company plans to construct the retail unit with entrance off the existing business park.

Also in the design is a new boundary fence, a concrete hardstanding area and connection to existing services and all associated site works.

The total construction value of the project is €3.7m, according to Construction Information Services. 

The floor area of the facility is 2,358 square metres.
