Over 50 new homes being built in Coill Dubh area

Approval has been granted for more than 50  two-storey dwellings in the Cooleragh East area of Coill Dubh.

The properties will comprise of:

• 34 semi-detached 3-bedroom houses,
• 12  semi-detached 4-bedroom houses,
• 6 semi-detached 2-bedroom

Pedestrian access will be built to the adjoining 'The Meadows' housing estate.

The company behind the development is Ultra Dawn Ltd which was set up two years ago and is based in Dublin City.
