Thefts of wood threaten Kildare ecosystem area

Timber is being stolen form a small wooded ecosystem area in Naas.

That's according to local councillor Seamie Moore.

He's asked Kildare County Council to confirm when it intends to erect prosecution warning signs at the

"Millbrook Wood spinney."

He says that this will help to prevent "future stealing of timber by trespassers and the

destruction of the natural eco-system that was being developed."
