Coillte seeks planning permission on grounds of well known Laois estate

Coillte has applied for planning permission to build an office building on the gounds of Emo Park Demesne. 

The application on the grounds of Emo Park Demesne, Emo Village, was lodged with Laois County Council last week. 

Coillte has applied for planning to “construct a one story Office Building [gross floor area 640sq.m] including detached plant building [gross floor area 31. 5sq.m], car parking, bicycle parking, signage, vehicular entrance, landscaping, in curtilage waste water treatment system, storm water soakaway and all associated site works.” 

Laois County Council is expected to make a decision on the plans by May 9 this year.
