Laois Credit Union issues warning over scam

Laois’s People First Credit Union is warning members about a scam aimed at getting account details. 

A fraudulent text message is being sent to people telling them that their accounts are on hold. 

The message asks people to click a link to verify their account details. 

The text is a scam and the Credit Union is urging people not to click on the link if they receive the text message.
