Portlaoise Roadworks extended to end of March

The council says the roadworks are required for “Junction Tightening Works and new Footpath and Cycle Lane.” 

The works are on the R445 Mountrath Road

Roadworks on sections of the R445 Mountrath Road in Portlaoise are to be extended to the end of March. 

Laois County Council issued a notice advising of Temporary Traffic Management “adjacent along the R445, Mountrath Rd , Portlaoise at Dromadoon Estate Entrance and Ashton Manor Estate Entrance” from 8am to 6pm daily until March 29.
