Quality, taste and flavour at Longford's El Gusto

Longford food lovers are flocking in their droves to a new food experience in Longford town centre.
El Gusto is a family friendly restaurant that is making a real name for itself among local foodies. In the last five months they have been building up a loyal customer base thanks to the delicious hotdogs, crepes, mini-pancakes, fresh made ice creams, milkshakes, smoothies, waffles and of course their delightful fresh coffee.
El Gusto owner Ewelina Krawczak says business is going well: “We opened in July, we are busy. Summertime was particularly busy. People realise we have great quality food at a very reasonable price. I think everyone who has tried our food has come back for more. We have our regular customers, and every day we have someone new who discovers us.”
That customer satisfaction is borne out in the online reviews of El Gusto. The range of scrumptious treats has also expanded: “The hotdogs, wraps, salads and sandwiches are proving very popular. The mini pancakes are also a big hit. Our milkshakes are so thick, people love them,” Ewelina says.
The outlet is very eye-catching with the pink decor enticing in those who pass: “We have transformed it a little bit. We started as a take away, but customers like to come in and eat with us. We have brightened the place up. It's very cosy and welcoming.”
El Gusto also proves there is no such thing as ice cream season as the luscious treat is a firm favourite among those who have made the Grafton Court outlet a regular haunt.
Ewelina says there is another reason to visit at present: “As a special treat in the run up to Christmas we will be treating customers to a tasty treat on December 23. With every purchase there we will be offering a free hot chocolate.”
