Incredible response to GoFund me campaign set up for Tullamore woman diagnosed with motor neurone disease

There has been an incredible response after a GoFundMe page was set up for a Tullamore woman diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease.
Kay Cullen is the mother of eight year old daughter Luna. Kay's sister Sinead has set up the page and over €29,000 has already been donated.
Sinead says, "devastatingly our amazing, kind, beautiful sister Kay has been diagnosed with Bulbar Onset Motor Neuron Disease."
Motor neurones control muscle activity like: gripping, walking, speaking, swallowing and breathing.
MND strikes people of all ages and currently there is no cure, however symptoms can be managed to help the person achieve the best possible quality of life. We have a very close family and we are all heartbroken.
Although many of Kay’s friends have asked how they can help, due to the nature of the illness the ways are limited.
So we have decided to set up this GoFundMe page to allow people to donate to help Kay and her 8 year old daughter Lúna to enjoy the time they have together without worrying about day to day financial issues. And maybe even to create some new memories for them to treasure.''
