A man accused of assault in Birr was urged by a District Court judge to get legal advice
A MAN accused of assault in Birr was urged by a District Court judge to get legal advice.
Miodrag Pasalic (39), Gleann Glas, Roscrea, Tipperary is accused of committing the offence by assaulting a male at Emmett Square in Birr on October 24 last year.
When a plea of not guilty was entered Judge Andrew Cody scheduled a hearing for October 21 next.
Advising Mr Pasalic to get legal representation, Judge Cody remarked, “it's a serious enough charge.”
