A treat for all ages, The Grannies is a free, interactive, outdoor performance at Market Square, Dundalk, with An Táin Arts Centre, Saturday 27th May at 2:30pm and 4:00pm.

Meet Bille and Frieda, a bit bored with life, these cheeky friends decide to take to the streets and share with the world their life experiences whilst showing off their acrobatic tricks with their walking sticks. Older women are represented in a bold, wild way enjoying the advantages of being old.

The Grannies tour is co-produced by Bill and Fred Productions, Age and Opportunity, and the Bealtaine Festival: Ireland’s national celebration of arts and creativity as we age.

This is an outdoor event in Market Square, Dundalk. No booking is required. Please dress comfortably for the Irish weather. The Grannies takes place at Market Square, Dundalk on Saturday 27th May at 2:30pm and 4:00pm.
