The girl, who cannot be named due to her age, is charged with three assaults on June 14 on staff members.
She was also charged with an assault on a staff member at a different location on April 12.
A police officer connected the accused to the charges and opposed bail.
The court was told that on April 12 police were called to the secure accommodation where a member of staff said the defendant had thrown sweets and a snooker ball at her.
The police officer also said that on June 10 the girl was released from secure accommodation to a children's home in Derry.
On June 14 police were called to the home after reports that the defendant was 'going crazy'.
The girl was said to have attempted to bring another female into the children's home and when stopped by a staff member she was alleged to have assaulted him and assaulted other staff members.
Bail was opposed due to the risk of reoffending
As the defendant has a range of cases for assaulting staff and the police officer said that the girl 'was aware the order was up' and then committed these offences.
He said that police did not believe that the girl could be managed by conditions as she had 26 previous convictions.
Defence counsel Grainne McAnaney said that the High Court had released the girl to the children's home.
She said that the girl 'definitely had an issue with authority figures'.
District Judge Oonagh Mullan said she felt the defendant was 'vulnerable' but she had no choice but to release her on bail.
The girl was released to appear at the Youth Court on June 17.
