Alice Coyle, 148 Lecky Road, Derry
The death has taken place of Alice Coyle, 20th August 2024, peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital, beloved daughter of the late James and Annie, loving sister of Charlotte and the late Tony, Seamus, Tom, Charles, Bertie, Joyce, Anna and Brian, and a loving aunt to all her nieces and nephews. Dearly loved and will be sadly missed by the entire family circle, friends and neighbours. Alice will be reposing at her home, 148 Lecky Road on Wednesday, 21st August from 3:00pm. Funeral leaving her home on Friday, 23rd August at 9:20am to St. Columba’s Church, Longtower for Requiem Mass at 10:00am. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery. Sacred Heart Of Jesus have mercy on her soul. Our Lady Of Lourdes intercede for her.
Mary Gallagher (née Henderson), 18 Glenbrae Gardens, Derry
The death has taken place of the late Mary Gallagher (née Henderson), 20th August 2024, suddenly at Altnagelvin Hospital, (late of 18 Glenbrae Gardens), beloved wife of the late Michael (Maxi), loving mother of Pauline, Michael and Jeffery, devoted grandmother of Michael and Elena, cherished sister of Kathleen and the late Florence and Samuel. Dearly loved and will be sadly missed by the entire family circle. Mary will be reposing at Bradley & McLaughlin’s Funeral Chapel on Thursday, 22nd August and Friday from 6:00pm to 8.00pm. Funeral leaving Bradley & McLaughlin’s Funeral Home on Saturday, 24th August at 9:30am to St. Eugene’s Cathedral for Requiem Mass at 10:00am. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery. Marian Kelly (née McCloskey) (Harry), 854 Glenshane Road, Dungiven
We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of Marian Kelly (née McCloskey) (Harry), peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital surrounded by her loving family on the 21st of August 2024, may she rest in peace. Late of 854 Glenshane Road, Dungiven, Co Derry. Beloved wife of Seamus and loving mother of Ryan, Mark, Ronan and Orlagh. Devoted grandmother of Oliva, Tommy and Theo. Daugher of the late Bernadette and John R.I.P and dear sister of Gemma and the late Patricia, Bernie, James-Joseph, Finvola and infant John Patrick R.I.P. Deeply regretted by the family circle. Reposing at her late home. Family time 11.00pm to 11.00am. Funeral from her late home on Friday, 23rd August leaving at 10.40am for 11a.00m Requiem Mass in St Patrick’s Church, Dungiven, interment immediately afterwards in the adjoining graveyard. Nell McCafferty, Derry
We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of Nell McCafferty, peacefully at Beech Hill Care Nursing Home, Fahan, Co. Donegal on 21st August 2024. Formerly of 8 Beechwood Street, Derry. May she rest in peace. Beloved daughter of the late Lily & Hugh McCafferty. Sister of Carmel and the late Muireanna, Nuala, Hugh and Paddy. Nell’s remains will be reposing at her sister Carmel's residence, 43 Belmont Crescent. Funeral leaving from there on Friday, 23rd August at 11:45am for 12:30pm Requiem Mass in St. Columba's Church, Longtower. A private cremation will take place afterwards in Lakelands Crematorium, Co.
