Roy Cahoon, 14 Carndaisy Road, Moneymore
The death has taken place of Roy Cahoon, 8th August 2023, in the loving care of his Family, at The Macmillan Unit, Antrim Area Hospital, dearly loved Husband of Florence, 14 Carndaisy Road, Moneymore, much loved Father of Jonathan and Suzanne, loving Father-in-Law of Sarah and Jonathan, much adored Granda of Isaac, Eli, Beth, Oscar, Harry and Jacob, dearest Brother of Nancy, Desmond and the late Joyce, Olive, Audrey and Shirley and a dear Brother-in-Law and Uncle. House strictly private. All welcome at Cookstown Independent Methodist Church on Wednesday evening (August 9th) from 6:00pm - 8:00pm. A short service of Committal will take place at Calvary Free Presbyterian Churchyard on Thursday, August 10th at 10:45am, followed by A Service of Thanksgiving for Roy's Life at Cookstown Independent Methodist Church (Morgans Hill Road) at 12 noon. Marlene Crawford (née McDonald), 13 The Boulevard, Coleraine
The death has taken place of Marlene Crawford (née McDonald), 8th August 2023, (peacefully) at her home, 13 The Boulevard, Coleraine, dearly loved wife of Hugh, much loved mother of Christopher, Carolyn, Andrew, Julie and Jason, dear mother-in-law of Sarah, Ivor, Caroline and Sean, a devoted granny, great-granny and beloved sister of Stuart and the late Raymond. Service in Coleraine Baptist Church on Thursday at 2.00pm followed by interment in Coleraine Cemetery. House Strictly Private. Sadie Doherty (née McFetridge), 41 Blackthorn Court, Coleraine
The death has occurred of Sadie Doherty (née McFetridge), 8th August 2023, (peacefully) at her home, 41 Blackthorn Court, Coleraine, dearly beloved wife of Johnnie, much loved mother of David, Ingrid, Warren and Bill, loving grandmother of Danielle, Nicole, Nadine, Robyn, Travis, Colin, Lily, Eli and Leo, devoted great-grandmother of Luca and also a dear sister and aunt. Service in her home on Saturday at 12.00noon followed by interment in St Guarie’s Parish Churchyard, Aghadowey. Family and close friends welcome at her home. Family flowers only please. The death has taken place of Marilyn Downs, 6th August 2023, (suddenly) at her home, 102 Castle Park, Limavady. Dear daughter of the late John and Olive. Loving sister of Lesley and the late Fred. Dear aunt of Natassia and Grayson. Anthony Norman (Tony) Henderson, 8 Church Road, Altnagelvin, Derry
The death has taken place of Anthony Norman (Tony) Henderson, 7th August 2023, (suddenly but peacefully) at Altnagelvin Hospital (surrounded by his loving family) much loved husband of Joan, loving father of Gary and Colin, father-in-law of Lorraine and Maoliosa, very loving grandfather of Craig, Kyle and Kayla, dearest brother of Annabel and the late Olga. Funeral leaving his late home, 8 Church Road, Altnagelvin on Thursday, 10th August at 12.30pm followed by a Service of Thanksgiving for his life in Glendermott Presbyterian Church at 1.00pm burial afterwards in the adjoining Churchyard. Harry Morrow, 27 Glenmore Park, Derry
The death has occurred of Harry Morrow, 8th August 2023, beloved husband of Reba, 27 Glenmore Park, loving father of Colin, Gemma and the late Leona, much loved grandfather of Kayleigh, Caden and Harry and great-grandfather of Lyla and a much loved brother and brother-in-law. His remains will be reposing in his home from 3pm on Wednesday. Funeral from there on Friday at 11 am for Requiem Mass in St. Columb’s Church, Waterside at 11.30 am. Interment afterwards in Ballyoan Cemetery. Family time please from 10 pm to 11 am. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul.
Edith Murielle Joyce McKean (née Nutt), Limavady (Updated arrangements)
The death has taken place of Edith Murielle Joyce McKean (née Nutt), 7th August 2023, (peacefully) at Cornfield Care Centre, Limavady (surrounded by her loving family) dearly beloved wife of Tommy, much loved mother of Penny, Caroline and Samantha, loving mother-in-law of Alan, Philip and Martin, adored grandmother of Claire, Tom, Andrew, Lucy and the late Olly, dear sister of Nigel and the late Kingsley. Service of Thanksgiving for her life in D. & R. Hay & Sons, Funeral Home, 24A, Church Road, Altnagelvin, Derry BT47 3QQ on Wednesday, 9th August at 1.00pm, followed by burial in Upper Cumber Cemetery. Family flowers only, donations in lieu if desired to Lewy Body Society c/o Mrs Ruth Hay, Funeral Director (address as above).
