Former US President Bill Clinton to attend Martin McGuinness' funeral in Derry tomorrow

Former US president Bill Clinton is set to travel to Derry tomorrow to attend the funeral of former deputy First Minister Martin McGuinness.

The funeral will be attended by a number of political heavyweights including former Prime Minister Tony Blair and Taoiseach Enda Kenny.

Former First Minister Arlene Foster is yet to confirm if she plans to attend.

Mr McGuinness' funeral mass will be held at St Columba's Church Long Tower at 2pm and he will be laid to rest afterwards in the City Cemetery.
