Not one, not two, not three but four charity fundraisers being organised by Derry teenager

A Derry teenager is planning four fundraising events for different charities over the next year.
Erin Leonard from Galliagh is planning events for Mac Millan, The Little Princess Trust, Foyle Search and Rescue and the Alzheimer’s Society.
Erin (pictured) she said she chose these charities as they are charities that are close to her heart.
"I have had family members who have had cancer, I have had a close family friend with dementia and my cousin took his own life in the Foyle,” she said.
"These charities do so much good work to help people that I thought that I would do something good to give back, because without donations these charities simply wouldn't exist."
On November 7, the 18-year-old is having a coffee morning for MacMillan and cutting her hair to be made into a wig for Little Princess trust.
"I am hoping that this event will raise a lot of money for the charities and that someone can benefit from the hair that gets cut."
This is not the only event Erin is planning though.
She plans to do a sponsored skydive to raise money for the Alzheimer’s Society and wants to see if she can organise a day in the stocks at Guildhall Square for Foyle Search and Rescue.
"A day in the stocks was an idea I came up with along with my brother.
“We just thought it would be funny if we could build our own stocks and take turns to go into them and have cream pies sitting beside and charge people a pound or so to throw them at us it would all be for a good cause and it would be a bit of fun.
“We are hoping to have it at Guildhall Square because we would get great footfall there but we will have to see if we get permission."
Erin is planning on having these three events completed by this time next year.
She has set up a just giving page on Facebook for donations for these events. https://www.justgiving.com/Erin-Leonard1
