Nothing found during police search for suspicious device in Ballyarnett area of Derry
People urged not to touch anything they find
A police operation in the Ballyarnett area of Derry has ended.
The operation began this morning following reports of a suspicious device being left in the area.
A PSNI spokesperson said the search has finished and nothing has been found.
"We are grateful to the community for their patience.
"Please continue to report any suspicious activity to us so that we can take appropriate action to keep all our residents safe."
