‘These are people who lead not just with words, but with action’

Buncrana Children’s Charity says it’s honoured to officially welcome a dedicated group of new regional ambassadors – individuals who are deeply rooted in their communities and united by a shared mission: to bring hope, support, and practical help to children and families facing hardship across Inishowen.

Each ambassador has been carefully chosen for their longstanding commitment to their community, their alignment with the charity’s core values, and their capacity to inspire meaningful change.

From local councillors to youth workers, educators and community leaders, this is a team of people who not only understand the needs of their areas, but have long been part of the solution.

Adrian McMyler, Chairperson of Buncrana’s Children’s Charity, has praised the ambassadors for stepping forward.

“These are people who lead not just with words, but with action – people who roll up their sleeves, meet others where they are, and offer real help and real hope. We are so proud to have them represent our mission. Their passion, experience, and humanity will allow us to reach more children, more quickly, and more effectively than ever before.”placeholder image
