A Donegal man in his 20s will go before the Central Criminal Court charged with the alleged rape of a woman in the county.
A book of evidence was served on the man, who cannot be named for legal reasons, when he appeared at Letterkenny District Court on Thursday.
The man, who has an address in the east of the county, is charged with raping the woman at a named address in 2021.
He faces a further charge of sexually assaulting the same woman on the same date.
