This includes the identification of a project study area and the key constraints and opportunities

Residents living in the Buncrana and Carndonagh areas have been invited to have their say on the proposed Greenway between the two areas.

Donegal County Council with the support of Transport Infrastructure Ireland invite all interested parties to participate in the first non-statutory public consultation for the project which is currently in Phase 1, the concept and feasibility stage.

This includes the identification of a project study area and the key constraints and opportunities located within it.

The purpose of this public consultation is to inform the public of the project and to invite feedback on the project study area, the constraints and opportunities located within and any other features that the design team should consider.

To facilitate this, two in-person public consultation events will take place in Buncrana and Carndonagh as follows:

Inishowen Gateway Hotel, Railway Road, Buncrana, F93 PPH9

Tuesday, April 25 - 2pm - 8pm

Carndonagh PSC, Malin Road, Carndonagh,F93 YV1N, Council Chamber Room

Wednesday, April 26 – 2pm - 8pm

After the conclusion of the in-person consultation events above, public displays will be made available for a period of two weeks until Friday, May 12 at the following locations:

Carndonagh PSC, Malin Road, Carndonagh, F93 YV1N, Council Chamber.

Opening hours 9am – 4pm (Monday – Friday).

Buncrana Community Library, St Marys Road, Ardaravan, Buncrana, F93 YK68.

Opening hours Monday and Saturday 10am – 2.30; Wednesday and Friday - 9.30am – 5.30pm
