The collision, involving a car and a pedestrian, occurred shortly before 9am this morning, May 13.
A juvenile pedestrian was brought to Letterkenny University Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries, according to An Garda Síochána. No other injuries were reported.
Ballybofey Main Street has since reopened.
