Ribbon cut to mark the official opening of Drumboe Walkway
The works on the walkway were funded through the Minor Tourism Works Grant Scheme and Donegal County Council’s own resources
Clr Martin Harley, Cathaoirleach, Lifford/Stranorlar MD, officially opened the recently completed Drumboe Walkway, Stranorlar.
This walkway restores the traditional link between Drumboe Lower and Drumboe Woods, which has been closed for some time.
The works on the walkway were funded through the Minor Tourism Works Grant Scheme and Donegal County Council’s own resources.

Opening the path, Clr Harley expressed his delight at the project's completion and said: "This path would be an asset to local residents and the entire community."
