Road between Glenties and Fintown closed following collision involving lorry
Road users are advised to use diversions via Doochary and to avoid using the R250 at this time
A road closure is in place following a road traffic collision involving a lorry that occurred on the R250 between Glenties and Fintown, at Currynanerriagh.
A Garda spokesperson told DonegalLive: "Gardaí received a report of a single-vehicle collision involving a truck at Fintown, Co Donegal, at approximately 12:15pm on 5th June, 2025.
"No injuries are reported at this time."
Road users are advised to use diversions via Doochary and to avoid using the R250 at this time.
Gardaí have confirmed that the road will be closed for a period of time to facilitate the removal of the lorry.
