Two cars stolen from Letterkenny homes over festive period
One car was found burnt out
A white Toyota Vitz with the registration 07 D 122983 was stolen from the Solomon’s Court area, of Letterkenny, on St Stephen’s Day.
The car was taken on Christmas night between 3am and 6am. The car was later found burnt out at Kirkstown before 7.30am.
Meanwhile, on Wednesday last, shortly before 5am a car was found on its roof in the Killyclug area after being taken from a driveway in Chestnut Grove.
No occupants were found in the car when gardaí arrived at the scene.
The car is a white Mazda and it has the partial registration 11 D 61. Gardaí who were on duty made contact with the registered owner of the car who was unaware their car had been stolen.
