Visitors are being restricted at Roscommon University Hospital due to an outbreak of Covid-19.

In a statement from the Saolta Hospital Group, the group said access for visitors to St Bridget’s Ward is currently limited to compassionate grounds only. These visits should be arranged in advance with the nurse manager in charge on the relevant ward.

“Access to visitors to St Teresa’s and St Coman’s Wards is by appointment only and must be pre-arranged by family members/visitors, who should contact the relevant ward or unit in advance,” the group said.
