ALERT: Multiple major road closures this evening in Kilkenny!

Kilkenny City Harriers, as part of Yulefest, is bringing Ireland's Medieval Mile Run to Kilkenny City this evening (Friday, December 1) and the following roads in Kilkenny City will be closed to traffic from 7-8pm:

Castlecomer Road inbound (from Entrance to Army Barracks to junction with Ballybought Street)

Central Access Scheme

St. Canice's Place

Dean Street

Vicar Street

Irishtown

Parliament Street

High Street

The Parade

Castle Road and Patrick Street (from The Parade to Ormonde Road)

Local access will be facilitated except aside from when the race is passing.

Please come out and enjoy the spectacle that up to 800 participants will create in the Medieval Mile Run.
