Decision due this month on plans for housing development in Kilkenny town
Plans were submitted to Kilkenny County Council back in May
A decision is due later this month from Kilkenny County Council on plans for a substantial housing development in Gowran.
The applicant seeks to develop 8 four-bedroom semi-detached houses, 12 three-bedroom semi-detached houses and 8 self-serviced sites for single homes.
Plans also seek connections to public utilities, landscaping and entrance construction.
A final planning decision is due by July 20, 2024.
