Decision on plans to convert Kilkenny pub into apartments

Permission has been granted by Kilkenny County Coucil for material change of use at a bar in County Kilkenny.

The green light has been given to convert Mickey's Bar on Upper Bridge Street in Callan into residential (three apartments) accommodation.

The development is located within the Callan Architectural Conservation Area.

Permission was granted, subject to seven conditions, on March 26, 2024.
