Permission granted for new housing scheme in Kilkenny
Planning permission has been granted for a housing development on a site at Dublin Road, Johnstown, County Kilkenny.
The proposed residential scheme lies to the north of Johnstown village, to be accessed from the R639 (Chapel Street).
Original plans for the development were envisaged to consist of 21 houses with car parking for 45 spaces.
The submitted plans included all associated site infrastructure relating to the dwellings as well as bin storage, drainage, public lighting, landscaping works and site development works.
