Rathcoffey National School's orginal building which was extended twice. The orginal building was in 1930, first extension in 1950 and second extension in 1997
Rathcoffey National School has 223 students, 12 teachers, a principal, five SNAs and two secretaries (both part time).
It is a very active school for sport.
The school recently achieved its 7th Green Flag.
