Revenue secures debt judgment for €27,000 against Galway company

Revenue has secured a judgment for almost €27,000 against a company in Tuam associated with the hospitality industry.
Dewan Asset Holdings Limited, which has a registered address on Ballygaddy Road, was incorporated in February 2025. Its directors are Jannatul Natasha Dewan (22) and Ridwan Uddin Dewan (21).
The company was previously associated with O’Reilly’s Bar and Kitchen in Salthill but this is no longer the case, and the debt judgment has nothing to do with the current owners or operators of that premises.
Revenue secured the judgment for €26,850 plus costs of €817.62 against Dewan Asset Holdings Limited on October 20. Company records currently record the judgment as unsatisfied.
Asked about the matter, Jasim Uddin Dewan, a spokesman for the firm, told Galway Live: “[The] company is closed long time ago. I am not involved with O’Reilly’s anymore.”
Records filed to the Companies Office show that the firm was incorporated on February 20, 2025 and has yet to file an annual return.
