He has an Honours Bachelors degree in Journalism from TU Dublin and has been working in the media industry since he began college in 2018. Gavin is based in the Leinster Express office at 107 Main Street, Portlaoise. He is the only staff Sports Reporter for the publication alongside regular freelance contributors. The Leinster Express has been a trusted source of news for the people of Laois since 1831.
